Application Guidance for YAHE Microencapsulated Fragrance
1, In liquid cleaning products application ( such as laundry detergent, fabric softener, shampoo)
①Direct mixing method: In the later stage of production, directly add the microcapsuled fragrance to the liquid base, and it is uniformly dispersed through low-speed stirring (to avoid damaging the microcapsule structure).
②Emulsification dispersion method: )Premix the micro capsule flavoring with surfactants (such as TW-80 and SP-60) to form an emulsion, and then add it to the main formula.
2, In solid cleaning products (such as laundry powder, laundry scent booster , soap)
①Dry mixing method: Add the microcapsuled fragrance when mixing solid raw materials (such as sodium carbonate and sodium sulfate). To make the fragrance attached to the surface of the particles by mechanical stirring (such as a V-type mixer).
②Wet granulation method: Mix the microcapsuled fragrance with the adhesive (such as polyvinylpyrrolidone, starch paste), then spray it onto the powder raw materials. Through the granulator, form uniform particles.
3, Gel/cream-based products (such as body wash, hand sanitizer)
①Low-temperature integration method：When the gel matrix cools down to 40-50℃, add the microcapsuled fragrance to prevent the wall material structure from being damaged by high temperature.
Note: The microcapsule fragrance has the best stability within the pH range of 5 to 9. Avoid direct contact with strong acids (such as citric acid) or strong bases (such as sodium hydroxide).
