Perfume alcohol have to be refined before use.
Treatment methods of perfume alcohol:
①, add 1% sodium hydroxide in alcohol, boil a few hours after the flow, and then after one or more fractionation, the collection of which smell more pure part, for the preparation of perfume-make. If you want to prepare high-level perfume, according to the above treatment, but also in the alcohol in advance to add a small amount of spices (cream net oil 0.05 - balsam 0.1%), aged in the basement for about a month.
②, Treatment Methods of cologne, toilet water alcohol, which is simple:
② -1, add 0.01-0.05% potassium permanganate into alcohol, stir, until the brown manganese dioxide precipitation, standing overnight, and then filtered to obtain colorless clear liquid;
② -2 per liter of alcohol by adding 1-2 drops of 30% hydrogen peroxide, stored at 25-30 degrees a few days;
②-3, add 1% activated carbon in alcohol, often stirring, to be used after a week and after filtration.

Distilled water: as perfume has more perfume oils, water should be add very tiny or without water, otherwise the fragrance is not easy to dissolve, prone to turbidity.
Add suitable amount of sodium citrate or EDTA chelating agent to prevent the catalytic oxidation of metal ions, and to make the stable product in color and aroma.
To ensure the quality of perfume, generally need to add 0.02% of antioxidants such as di-tert-butyl p-cresol and so on.
